About Outpatient Clinics 

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allow those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. 

Corewell Health Neuroscience Clinic offers care to a wide range of patients. This is a unique practice as the location is over two floors of the Ambulatory Care Building. We care for patients with epilepsy, post-stroke, neurosurgery, neuro-vascular condition and movement disorders.

Our ideal applicant will have previous leadership experience looking for a growth opportunity. This Practice Supervisor will lead a team of approximately twenty people on the two floors. The team will be Clinical, including MAs and ACTs.

Scope of work

Directs the activities of team members within assigned areas and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction. Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members’ performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related areas Strongly Preferred.Two years of recent relevant supervisor experience in health care/medical practice or related work Required.Two years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership, or relevant leadership experience informal or formal Preferred.
