Monitors performance and drives planning excellence. This includes hiring and onboarding for new Supply Management Planners. + Identifies and drives continuous improvement opportunities and implements new tools and procedures to support the Order Fulfillment process. + Monitors metric trends and drives corrective action as required to ensure customer service delivery excellence for our factory customers. + Evaluates direct reports' skills and abilities to optimize their assignments, while leveling workload and closing gaps within the team. **What Skills You Need** + Leadership with an emphasis on strong/effective communication and conflict resolution. + Teaches and performs complex tasks related to supply management processes and principles. + Self-motivated and possesses initiative to seek out additional responsibility. + Able to multi-task with the ability to shift and organize priorities. + Sound decision-making. + Operations understanding. + Experience with proven ability to influence without authority. **What Makes You Stand Out** + Experience in Supply Management processes, including MRP systems (SAP, CWIS).
