Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the theme park environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming, in compliance with all procedures and regulatory requirements. This role supports the Park Services department by overseeing team members, driving operational excellence, and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of Park Services team members, ensuring facility cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.Mentor, coach, and provide performance feedback to team members, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment aligned with departmental standards.Lead workforce planning initiatives, employee recognition programs, team events, and employee satisfaction action planning.Administer counseling, coaching, and performance reviews for hourly team members.Develop and implement programs focused on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction.Respond promptly to guest and employee concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.Maintain accurate daily operating logs and employee records.Promote and ensure adherence to all safety procedures, providing up-to-date training for all team members.Manage operations within established budgets, making necessary adjustments to maintain financial targets.Conduct regular quality control inspections of assigned areas.Collaborate with Human Resources and Labor Relations to uphold collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive union relationships.Serve as the EHS Safety Team representative for Park Services.Act as a crisis management contact for guest and employee medical or emergency situations.Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum 2 years of operations management or team leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $25.00 - $28.00.
