Supervisor Outpatient Infusion
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **SUMMARY** Reporting to the Director Medical/Surgical Nursing, this position is responsible to provide leadership and supervising operations of the outpatient infusion services. This includes the coordination of primary care referrals, managing medical records, new patient scheduling and provider relations. This position will also direct and coordinate services, operations, and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment in order to provide exceptional care and a positive patient experience. **REQUIREMENTS** 1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with some college preferred. 2. Five (5) years previous experience as a back-office support professional, preferably with referrals or billing in a healthcare or clinic setting is required. 3. Three (3) years leadership experience is required. 3. Previous experience with Infusion services is required. 4. Ability to effectively problem solve, plan and organize workload is required. 5. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service is required. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required. 7. Understanding of HIPPA and confidentiality guidelines is required. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
