**Strategic Leadership & Value Stream Management**
•Provide oversight and strategic direction for the Local PH **MRO Material Planning Team** **and New** **created** **Global Planning Team**
•Lead the review of consolidated GAINs **MRO value stream material requirements** , identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
•Set and maintain **standards for material planning processes** , ensuring alignment across global teams.
•Drive prioritization and efficient consumption of in-network inventory to meet customer and operational needs.
•Evaluate and prioritize the impact of constraints across the supply chain, escalating critical risks as needed.
•Engage with supply-side teams to drive urgent recovery actions and advocate for MRO material requirements.
•Ensure effective **forecast management** , aligning supply with projected demand to optimize inventory levels and minimize shortages.
•Standardize and optimize **processes and practices across all MRO sites and ERP systems** for improved efficiency.
•Oversee part shortage resolution processes, ensuring prompt escalations and expediting when required.
•Coordinate and lead efforts to **drive inventory reduction activities and manage excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory** .
•Support proactive **customer communication** , developing and delivering clear updates on material availability and recovery plans.
•Establish metrics and KPIs to track **supplier performance, material availability, and inventory health** , driving continuous improvement.
**Team Development &** **Local** **Leadership**
•Lead and develop the Material Planning Team in the Philippines, ensuring best practices are implemented across the organization.
•Foster a high-performance culture by **mentoring, training, and upskilling** team members to enhance capabilities.
•Identify **High potential** and help drive their development plan, maintain **performance impact** discussion with each team member
•Define and implement a **long-term strategy for team growth** , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future business needs.
•Act as a key member of the **local MRO Management Team** , representing material planning and GAINS value stream initiatives.
•Work hand-in-hand other supervisors and managers to drive efficiency to meet business directives
•Drive cross-functional collaboration between operations, procurement, planning, and customer service to improve material flow.
**Preferred requirements or skills:**
-Strong strategic leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
-Ability to identify risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities across the supply chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to set clear priorities.
-Experience in inventory management, including shortage resolution, recovery planning, and E&O control.
- Skilled in developing and monitoring KPIs/metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement
-Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage escalations
- Proven track record of mentoring, developing, and building high-performing teams
-Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across operations, procurement, planning, and customer service
- Strong ability to properly delegate tasks to staff to ensure appropriate utilization
-Previous experience with ERP systems
