Summary: Provides direction/leadership and establishes objectives/methodologies to the Manufacturing Cleaning Technician team and monitors the microbial control of clean room areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage all aspects of respective areas of operations.Plan, schedule, and provide work direction to team to ensure compliance.Monitor cleaning schedules, progress, data, and work quality.Monitor industry trends to ensure the latest in clean room technologies are implemented regularly.Work with the Procurement department to manage and maintain vendor contracts to ensure business needs are met.Conduct trouble-shooting for support of environmental excursion investigations.Monitor liquid & solid waste disposal programs to ensure proper handling and disposal to protect health and the environment.Provide input on long-term planning for the process, staff, and budget.Perform personnel management functions (i.e. annual employee evaluations, coaching, disciplining, etc.).Support MFG during regulatory inspections.Develop and implement department policies.Ensure that policies and procedures are effectively administered and comply with regulatory requirements.Education and Experience:
