Supervisor Maintenance, Plainview

 

Supervises maintenance and repair section of Plant Operations department.  Participates in and directs section activities. Requires minimal supervision.

Please note the following important details regarding this position: 

This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location: 

Texas: Lubbock 

Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements. 

 

Required Qualifications:

5 or more years of experience in the building trades2 or more years of experience as a supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: On job trainingAssociate's DegreeCommercial experience in carpentry, floor cover, wall repair and plumbingGeneral Contractor or superintendent experience
