Position Summary: This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Oversees the requisitioned, corrective, emergency and preventative maintenance of building, equipment and offsite facilities associated with the hospital. Reports daily to the Director of facility as to the general condition of hospital facilities and the general progress of work being accomplished. Education: Trade or Technical School (Certificate or diploma) Experience: 5 – 10 years Supervisory Responsibility : 11-29 persons Licensure: State of Maine Boiler Engineers license The starting rate for this position is: $28.88 Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale.
