Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site. 

Responsibilities: 

Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.| Assists with performance evaluations.Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols. 

Education: 

High school diploma or GED required. 

Work Experience:
