Job Summary The House Supervisor will act as the in-house administrative representative and resource person for all patients, staff, staff physicians, and visitors. Job Title: House Supervisor Location: Kernersville Medical Center in Kernersville, NC Schedule: Day Shift 7am-7pm, Part-time 24 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across all units. Coordinates staffing, resolves clinical and operational issues, and supports nursing teams in delivering remarkable care. Serves as a clinical resource, responding to rapid response calls to assess, stabilize, and coordinate advanced care for deteriorating patients. Qualifications Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - BSN/BA/BS, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience, required. Previous management experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Additional Skills (required): Has knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to modify care and interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care according to patient’s age, health and developmental status. Has demonstrated sound and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, good interpersonal skills, and good intra and interdepartmental relationships. Additional Skills (preferred): Clemmons Medical Center and Kernersville Medical Center require critical care or ED experience. Job Opening ID 106079
