Supervisor FSQA - 2nd Shift

SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Supervisor FSQA and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. You will be responsible for verifying production paperwork, conducting production floor checks, performing GMP and housekeeping audits, and leading Team Member food safety training. This dynamic role requires strong judgment skills to set priorities, evaluate results, and coordinate with others. Your commitment to food safety, quality, and legality will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with quality standards for all products.Verify production paperwork and conduct floor checks.Perform GMP and housekeeping audits.Lead food safety training for Team Members.Coordinate and evaluate work activities to ensure optimal results.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a food manufacturing environment. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.Certifications: HACCP certified preferred; must have extensive knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating queries and spreadsheets; SAP knowledge preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.Supervisory Skills: Responsible for supervising a small team performing similar tasks.
