General Summary
Supervises all facets of food service operations with areas of oversight which may include patient service and retail, menu planning, inventory, food production, customer service, sanitation, equipment maintenance and supervising of Food Services staff.

Selects, trains/orients, evaluates performance, and makes recommendations for personnel actions.Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel, guides, and instructs as necessary. Performs work of a similar nature.Maintains established policies and procedures, HACCP guidelines, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards.Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.Maintains appropriate records, reports, and files as required.Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
2 years Relevant experience. Required and2 years Supervisory experience. RequiredLicenses:
Certified ServSafe within 1 year RequiredCourses and Training:
Restaurant management program. Upon Hire RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
