Supervisor Food and Nutrition Services

Performs a variety of specialized duties related to the maintenance and organization of the department, including monitoring patient tray line and cafeteria service, visiting patients, departmental scheduling and staffing, preparing production sheets, sanitation, opening and closing procedure, including cash verification, and monitoring special catering events.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: On the job training will be provided. Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association. Experience in food establishments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Upon hire: Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent. Hospital or healthcare food service experience. Levelland: Hospital or healthcare food service experience.
