This position will be onsite at our Flight Research Center in Arlington, TX however will require travel based on business needs.

Flight Operations

Bring your experience and ideas to ensure a safe and efficient Flight Operations environment. You’ll assign daily tasks, manage union covered employees and schedule commitments, and supervise operations to maintain a hazard-free workplace. This role involves working closely with our flight operations team to achieve goals in Safety, Quality, Schedules, and Costs. You’ll be able to hone your leadership and communication skills, all while gaining experience in a continuous improvement environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Flight Operations Supervisor.

Provides daily work assignments for all Flight Operations Union covered employeesResponsible for meeting daily customer and schedule commitments for the Flight Operations environmentSupervise and monitor the Flight Operations environment to ensure a safe and hazard free workplaceMeets all goals which support deliverables including Safety, Quality, Schedules and Costs associated with Flight Operations.

What you need to be successful

High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years of aviation maintenance work experienceAP License required.Ability to travel based on business need
