Supervisor Environmental Services Technician - Environmental Services Department at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA

Shift Details: Full-time, Evening shift, 40 hours a week

Responsible for coaching, counseling and training of Environmental Services staff and Unit Support Assistants.  Provides employees with proper tools and supplies to perform these duties.  Supervises the activities of assigned employees to ensure a safe, clean orderly and attractive condition that meet JCAHO standards.  Evaluates each employee annually. Takes an active role in the budget process.

Required Qualifications:

Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or related field).

2 years supervisory.

2 years housekeeping.
