Supervisor de Vendas

FUNCAO : 

Manutenção da carteira de clientes; 

Implantação de novos produtos na carteira de clientes; 

Mapeamento do pipeline de oportunidades da região; 

Garantir a comercialização dentro das políticas de preço e prazo; 

Acompanhar as atividades da concorrência; 

Abertura de novos clientes; 

Supervisionar a rotina da equipe de vendas (estar sempre presente na rotina profissional dos vendedores, desenvolvendo e melhorando seu desempenho); 

Planejar vendas e atendimento aos clientes. 

 

Requisitos: 

Superior completo; 

Ter experiência de mercado de repintura; 

Possuir habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal; 

Possuir habilidade em trabalhar em equipe; 

Possuir habilidade em gestão de equipe; 

Possuir sólidos conhecimentos em gestão comercial; 

Conhecimento no pacote office.
