YOUR ROLE

As a Tool Room Supervisor on our team, you’ll ensure compliance with activities that impact department metrics, providing support to the various operational areas, maintaining tools in optimal condition, and providing guidance and training to the staff in charge.

Validation and Analysis of DowntimeDocumentation of ActivitiesMeetings (operational and quality)Technical SupportAudits of the Tool Room Operating SystemTechnical SupportImprovement PlansScrap Analysis

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering or a related fieldFully bilingual+3 years of experience in a similar positionOffice- Excel intermediate/advancedDrawing InterpretationTechnical knowledge of diesConventional machining (lathe, grinder, milling machine)Knowledge of AutoCAD NX management and 3D modelingHeat treatments,TIG weldingKnowledge of WEDM, CNC EDM machiningLean Tools (Problem Solving) and Core Tools
