Planificar y asegurar junto con su equipo el surtimiento de materiales a 4 semanas de producción.Planificar y analizar junto con su equipo el surtimiento de material en una ventana de 13 semanas.Medir y mantener los niveles objetivo de KPI’sMedir y mantener los niveles óptimos y saludables de inventario de acuerdo con meta corporativa.Seguimiento, escalación y resolución de problemas de abastecimiento de material en la cadena de suministros.Organización de trabajo con equipo laterales (Ing, Calidad, Producción) para garantizar nivel de servicio objetivo.Reducción de gasto por expedición en vuelos.Análisis de abastecimiento de componentes por cambios en demanda (incrementos).Soporte y dirección al equipo de planeadores de materiales.Estimación de inventarios de cierre de cada cuarto y cierre de año.Cumplimiento de 5’s dentro del área de trabajo del su equipo.        Comunicación, trabajo colectivo y negociación con proveedores.Respuesta y servicio para el cliente, es decir producción, referente disponibilidad y surtimiento de materia prima.Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo.Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos.Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado.Participar en las capacitaciones de conciencia de ISO 14001 & 45001
