Educación y Experiencia

Carrera profesional concluida. Puede ser licenciatura o ingeniería afín al puesto.3 años de experiencia en el área de capacitación y desarrollo, manejando DNC, implementación de programas de capacitación y cumplimiento en materia legal ante STPS.Experiencia como instructor interno (deseable)Experiencia en industria automotriz y atendiendo requerimientos de la norma IATF 16949 y auditorías de OEM’s.

Competencia Requerida
