What you'll do:
• Provide personalized service and business support to NSE Distributors by researching and resolving distributor problems and questions to achieve customer satisfaction
• Providing prompt and accurate responses to all concerns and questions regarding company policies and procedures, distributor agreements, shipments, returns and refunds, company programs, promotions and special events
• Coordinate efforts with other departments and assist them in various business support tasks
• Regulating orders, returns, refunds, and sign-ups
• Carry out extra given task by superiors
What you'll need:
1. Minimum high-school degree or College graduate
2. Advanced English language knowledge, oral and written
3. Able to use IT applications such as MS Office, Internet etc.
4. Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to display a customer service attitude
5. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
6. Good organizational and interpersonal skills
7. Strong interpersonal skill, team player, strong problem solving and analytical skills
8. Preferably relevant experience in customer service or similar field
