General Summary
Assist the Project Manager in administering the Custodial program by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of the job site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain employee work schedule Ensure employee work schedule is covered with adequate staffing on a daily basis through Supervisors. Ensure Quality Control (QC) inspections are performed daily on all employees by the Supervisors Review with QC to analyze trends and opportunities for improvement; report findings to Project Manager Analyze government Quality Assurance (QA) inspections, assuring proper follow-up and Corrective/Preventive Actions Ensure that all employees receive adequate orientation training and track training documentation in employee’s file Observe Supervisors daily by making rounds in their areas Assist Supervisors in resolving any potential issues with employees and hospital staff Perform job evaluations on Supervisors and submit to Director as required Perform public relation rounds on units and establish positive relationships with key personnel Other duties as assigned by the Project ManagerKnowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
Minimum of one (1) years of experience in custodial supervisory experience. Must meet or exceed comparable industry certification (IEHA, etc.) training. All certifications shall be maintained active and current throughout the term of the contract Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc. Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skillsWorking Conditions
