Summary:
The Construction Supervisor leads the efforts in executing the initial scope review, cost estimating and construction activities for projects assigned. WBS preparation, project cost forecasting and final project documentation are also involved in this project management role. As project manager, this role will ensure that all projects are executed following all company policies and standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures, industry practices, construction standards, welding procedures, and OSHA rules and regulations. Prepare and submit project scopes, cost estimates, AFE’s, completion reports, job books, etc. Supervise construction activities and contract personnel for successful execution of projects during planning, construction, installation, cleanup, commissioning and start up phases. Lead role in bid process including bid evaluations, contractor and inspection service selections Ensure project objectives are met during the construction phase including safety, environmental, security, quality, schedule, cost controls and community relations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated.Requirements:
