This is a non-union positionWe are seeking a Supervisor Construction who will be responsible for the supervision of Construction Management & inspection staff. This role ensures the safe and effective field execution of an annual portfolio of Construction Projects in accordance with Enbridge Standards. The position involves alignment to Enbridge procedures and the implementation of the most cost-effective methods of project execution to improve construction efficiency.

What You Will Do:
Support Project Development by contributing to the development of construction scope, cost estimates, spend profiles, and schedules.
Engage with Project Controls to ensure construction performance and updates to spend profiles, forecasts, and schedules are completed timely.
Manage Contracted Service Providers by ensuring proper facilitation of pre-construction meetings, progress update meetings, deliverable reviews, and lessons-learned.
Ensure Compliance with regulatory approvals and material testing requirements.
Manage Field Execution by planning, organizing, and directing all field construction teams to complete Projects within approved budgets, required deadlines, and associated legal contracts.
Who You Are:
You possess a University degree, College diploma, or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
7+ years of progressively responsible working experience in the pipeline and/or facilities industry. Leadership experiences an asset.
Exposure to Engineering, Construction, and Field operations.
Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, standards, and specifications.
Excellent communication skills.
