**Job Overview:**
The CSU Electrical Supervisor supports the preparation of home office deliverables and site inspection and testing performed during the Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) phase of the project.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Reports to the CSU Electrical Superintendent.
+ Assist planning, development and execution of a safe Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup and Performance Testing of the facility.
+ Manages CSU electrical personnel in the develop of project deliverables (e.g., schedules, procedures, manuals, systemization, spares, etc.)
+ Liaise with equipment manufacturers during the execution of site activities.
+ Liaise with the Preservation Coordinator in maintaining electrical equipment.
+ Implements, maintains or changes work schedules of electrical craft personnel.
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ 10+ years of experience in a lead electrical role for HV/MV/LV equipment on EPC projects or in an operating petrochemical facility.
+ Familiar with codes and standards of NETA, NEC, IEEE, NFPA and ANSI.
+ Effectively communicate technical solutions to other engineers and non-engineers.
+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (presentation skills), Visio.
+ Knowledgeable in the develop of operating manuals, standard operating procedures.
+ Good organizational skills and adaptable to potential changes in the project.
+ Proficiency in English
**Preferred Qualifications and Education:**
+ B.S. Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Equivalent Electrical/Commissioning/Start-up Experience.
