Job Summary
The Supervisor, Cath Lab is responsible for overseeing the delivery of safe and effective patient care within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This role provides leadership, staff supervision, and development, ensuring the implementation of policies, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards. The Supervisor collaborates with clinical teams to maintain a positive work environment and supports patient care excellence.

Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field preferred 2-4 years experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, OR, ER or CICU setting required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Cath Lab procedures, equipment, and patient care standards. Ability to assess and respond to clinical needs in real time. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and compliant patient and procedural records. Knowledge of quality assurance, regulatory requirements, and best practices in Cath Lab settings.Licenses and Certifications
RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist required or RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required BCLS - Basic Life Support required and ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support obtained by the end of the month, after 90 days of hire or placement required CVN - Cardiac Vascular Nurse preferred
