**Acerca del Cargo**
Gestionar a su equipo de trabajo, para la consecución de objetivos de venta a través de estrategias efectivas.
**Responsibilidades**
+ Supervisar al recurso humano que participan en el proceso de venta.
+ Fijación de objetivos y metas de ventas.
+ Cumplimiento de métricas e indicadores meta.
+ Realizar monitoreo de KPIs relacionados a la operación.
+ Conocimiento profundo de los productos y servicios a su cargo.
+ Establecer planes de mejora continua para el cumplimiento de metas.
+ Reporteria y presentación de resultados.
+ Apoyar y capacitar al equipo de trabajo.
**Requisitos**
+ Licenciatura en Marketing, Ventas y/o areas afines.
+ 3 a 5 años de experiencia como supervisor de televentas y/o supervisor call center ventas.
+ Experiencia en reporteria, preparación de presentaciones y análisis de datos.
+ Manejo de Office a nivel Avanzado.
+ Manejo de métricas operativas de ventas, análisis de información.
