Supervisor Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes. Guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes. Guide the team in implementing the full life cycle of an automation solution, identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools. Ensure the service level agreements are on target. Plan, assign, and direct work for the employees in cooperation with the manager to manage workloads and projects. Train new hires and ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work alone/independently. Perform regular coaching to enhance the performance of staff and encourage participation in decision-making. Analyze risk and mitigate project circumstances based on impact assessment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field. At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the IT software development field. At least 1 year of experience leading a small, informal team or work group as an ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignment. Understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities (i.e., operations management, employee performance management and development, customer management, etc.). Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools, with strong knowledge of Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Skilled in web and software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL Server.
