In addition, the supervisor will provide support to the Building Maintenance team as needed. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of accountability, prioritizes safety and compliance, and fosters a culture of trust and collaboration. This role is critical in building a high-performing team and ensuring effective coordination across departments to maintain operational excellence throughout the resort. **Job Specifications:** + Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $27.53/hr + Employment Type: Year Round + Shift Type: Full Time + Housing Availability: No **Job Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Base Area Operations and the Manager of Building + Maintenance to support all facets of Base Area and facility maintenance operations. + Lead and supervise the Base Area Operations team during both summer and winter seasons. + Promote and participate in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. + Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training staff. + Create and manage employee schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency. + Manage departmental budgeting and monitor financial performance. + Communicate daily operational plans clearly and adapt to changing priorities or conditions. + Oversee summer operations, including groundskeeping, lawn care, weeding, gardening, and + parking lot maintenance. + Oversee winter operations, including parking, snow removal, and guest/employee + transportation. + Perform other duties as assigned to support Base Area Operations. **Job Requirements:** + High School + Knowledge of resort area operations and grounds work + 1 year experience leading a team + Valid U.S. Driver’s License + Microsoft Office, Internet, ability to adapt to changing workplace programs + Ability to communicate in English + Able to operate equipment + Leadership aptitude + Must be able to work weekends & holidays The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $27.53/hr.
