Join us to successfully implement innovative solutions and make a significant impact in the industry. **Responsibilities** + Distribute personnel according to the needs of the production program. + Ensure order and control in the production line. + Assign activities and check the standard of each worker. + Ensure that material is provided to the work tables. + Review material left at the end of the shift and prepare reports for the warehouse. + Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. + Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards. + Determine and resolve any production issues that arise. + Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** + Proven experience in a similar manufacturing role. + Strong organizational and leadership skills. + Ability to strictly follow safety and quality protocols. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Experience with production scheduling and prioritisation. + Technical proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and tools. + High attention to detail and dedication to excellence. + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
