Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support our team of Mixer Operators. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our personal care products. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a skillset in manufacturing or chemical mixing, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of Mixer Operators to ensure safe and efficient production.Oversee the production process to maintain high-quality standards.Implement and monitor safety and quality control procedures.Manage inventory control and production management tasks.Operate forklifts and manage machine operation activities.Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.Essential Skills2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience with batching, mixing, or chemical handling.Strong understanding of safety and quality control procedures.Experience operating forklifts (sit-down preferred) and using RF scanners.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.Proficiency with basic computer systems and production software.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in a chemical mixing environment is preferred.Capability to manage inventory and production management effectively.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule offers flexibility with first shift from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm and second shift from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The work environment is physically active, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and involves operating forklifts and managing machine operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
