**Summary**
The Supervisor - Accounts Payable supports the Corporate Accounts Payable team with providing oversight and training of AP staff, delegating work, research, and resolution of complex invoice scenarios and/or integration failures. Assist with other Accounts Payable functions as needed.
This position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The role will be based out of our North Dallas office location in Dallas, TX.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Supervise a staff of AP personnel, delegating and managing workload throughout the month to ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
+ Review and work invoices in various ‘pending’ status to resolve stalled payable issues
+ Understand integration failures between Coupa and SAP to provide communication to A/P processors for invoice re-work, leading to successful integration from Coupa to SAP
+ Communicate with vendors and internal staff, including professional and timely response to inquiries
+ Ability to establish and maintain ownership of AP processes and suggest efficiencies where possible
+ Provide additional assistance to department and staff as needed to meet deadlines, especially at month-end
+ Assist with data entry of invoices in the Coupa and SAP systems when needed
+ Navigate and research via the following systems: Coupa, SAP, MS Outlook, Samanage
+ Create ad-hoc reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and functions as directed by management
+ Cross-train in additional accounts payable functions as needed
+ Perform other duties and projects as assigned
**Education & Experience**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree from a four (4) year accredited college or university is preferred
+ Three (3) or more years experience in Accounts Payable required; supervisory or team lead experience preferred
+ One (1) or more years of experience with SAP and/or Coupa software preferred
+ Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
+ Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook)
