Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend Shift (Friday through Tuesday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments to meet deadlines and operational demands. Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Resolve problems or discrepancies quickly and effectively.Supervisor Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory control systems.Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft OfficeApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
