Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Supervise, evaluate, and support direct reports, including hiring, training, and addressing performance or behavioral issues.Act as the primary point of contact for team concerns, scheduling changes, and departmental coordination.Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to meet production goals efficiently.Ensure compliance with dry line mixing procedures and proper system cleanouts.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste or downtime.Train and mentor operators on procedures, safety, and best practices.Monitor and communicate quality issues, assisting with troubleshooting as needed.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, addressing any violations or injuries.Model professionalism, punctuality, ethical behavior, and effective communication.Track and improve key performance metrics, including productivity, customer complaints, inventory, and evaluation deadlines.

Supervisor Qualifications:

Proven track record of safety, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environmentConsistent demonstration of positive leadership qualitiesMinimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience requiredDepartment-specific experience preferred
