Job Title: Manufacturing SupervisorJob Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our Powder Coating operations. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that the line operates efficiently, safely, and delivers high-quality coated products on schedule. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be instrumental in enhancing key performance indicators while promoting lean manufacturing principles. Responsibilities + Oversee Powder Coating operations to ensure efficiency and safety. + Ensure delivery of high-quality coated products on schedule. + Enhance key performance indicators. + Promote lean manufacturing principles. + Facilitate team building and promote employee engagement and collaboration. Essential Skills + Powder Coating Tech experience preferred. + Previous experience in production and maintenance of powder coat/paint lines. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). + Demonstrated ability in team building and promoting employee engagement. + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. + A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience with a degree, or 3+ years of leadership experience in powder coat/paint operations, or 5+ years of supervisory experience without a degree. Work Environment The role is based in a manufacturing facility, where you will experience a variety of work products and employee benefits. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
