Physical Security & EHS Supervisor

Career Level: 9A

Job Description:

1. Deep understanding of EHS information and programs particularly on laws & regulations (minimum and penalty- bearing requirements), benchmarking studies and industry best practices to develop and implement strategies to achieve goals and objectives.

2. Assist in developing and improvement of Physical Security and EHS manual, procedures and processes in PH.

3. Conduct risk assessment of assigned cluster identifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation plans.

4. Provide expert assistance in crisis/ emergency events impacting sites covered in the cluster.

5. Conducts education sessions in relation to Physical Security and EHS.

6. Monitor compliances for EHS related mandatory requirements and compliance to Physical Security standards.

7. Supports in government and client audits.

8. Oversees Physical Security operations for all sites covered in the cluster.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in related field or more than 5 years experience in Physical Security & Environment, Health and SafetyAt least 3 years in Supervisory roleMore than 2 years of Safety Officer 3 or higher Safety qualification (Practitioner or Consultant-level)Pollution Control Officer/Managing Head accreditation or experience (if expired)

 

Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving & organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspectionsProficient in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
