Technician 廠務機電組長 (團隊新增/華亞科學園區)

關於此職務內容:

1.電氣/機械/管道系統維護，包括：空調、UPS、CRAC、配電設備、警報系統、BMS系統、門禁卡系統、消防系統、供排水系統、公共廣播系統、影音系統及其他各類電器設備

2.處理技術相關的室內工程和故障，包括家具、地毯、牆面/固定裝置、天花板和玻璃門

3.回應客戶要求/現場投訴並解決問題/故障

4.每日檢查系統、設施，並進行必要的設備檢查和儀表讀數

5.協助並監督場所內供應商和承包商的服務，包括糾正性維護、計劃性預防維護，以及供應商簡報

6.協助項目工程和內部搬遷、添加和變更活動，協助電源關閉活動

7.對系統警報做出反應並處理緊急情況

8.撰寫事故報告並協助分析事故根源

9.成功完成計劃中的維護活動並解決客戶要求

10.確保始終保持高水平的專業性和客戶服務

11.管理團隊出缺勤，確保團隊依照規定執行任務

理想候選人應具備以下資格：

1.三年以上相關工作經驗，需有電力之相關工作背景。

2.負責任、專注工作和服務、能與團隊合作、具有強大的抗壓能力

3.具備基本的電腦操作能力，如Word / Excel
