PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.
PMX Lift is the Advanced TV (ATV) practice run out of Publicis media exchange (PMX). This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift include products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Supervisor of Integrations, to join the growing team and help with all aspects of developing and improving PMX Lift Products and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and will be instrumental in ensuring that inventory operations run smoothly, on time, and in alignment with our overall objectives. If you are someone who naturally follows process, can quickly understand the needs of others, and possess a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.
Must haves for this role include a proven track record and comfortability in a client facing role, a deep understanding of the advanced TV and video and digital ecosystems, along with an expertise in audience based buying. An entrepreneurial spirit, and a humble and hardworking attitude are also required.
**Responsibilities**
**Responsible for operationalizing inventory partnerships and products**
+ Keep integrations on track by ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines
+ Manage and track integration progress
+ Overseeing financial process setting up new partners
+ Collaborate and manage communication with cross departments (partnerships, investment, measurement and product teams) to package new integration offerings
+ Keep recurring partner meetings on track by ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables, leading status calls and summary emails, and more
+ Work across Lift departments and partners to compile the working agenda for partner meetings
+ Share summary emails with themes, deliverables and deadlines for both internal teams and partners
+ Track and ensure deliverables are met
+ Lead monthly status calls if required
+ Report on Marketplace trends, measurement studies and comms to provide thought leadership with an eye towards competitive intel and recommendations on future products and offerings
+ Identify areas for opportunity to improve and expand upon current process and procedures
+ Collaborate with the Lift Investment team to manage partner performance
+ Investigate new product opportunities and enhancements
+ Request, review and manage proposals from vendors on offerings and capabilities
+ Collaborate cross team with Lift counterparts to build business use case and operationalize new products and capabilities
+ Collaborate with Epsilon product counterpart to build business use case and workflow/process
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 3-5 years of experience within an agency or media company,
+ Proven experience in digital media operations, project management, or related fields, ideally within an advertising or marketing agency setting.
+ Strong background in Advanced TV and traditional digital- inclusive of programmatic
+ Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
+ Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems (MediaOcean, Prisma) and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships and navigate nuanced team dynamics.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
