The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow. **Overview** The Manager/Supervisor of TAAG is responsible for overseeing the flawless execution of digital advertising campaigns, leading technology integrations, and optimizing operational processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. **Responsibilities** **Technology & Campaign Execution:** + Oversee the activation and execution of digital media campaigns across display, video, social, mobile, and programmatic channels – hold media and creative teams to activation timelines. + Lead strategic conversations on technology integrations to improve efficiency, data quality, and media performance. + Ensure accurate implementation of ad server configurations, tagging, verification, and data management solutions. + Troubleshoot technical issues with media teams, creative agencies, and vendors. + Stay up to date on the evolving media technology landscape and provide thought leadership on best practices and innovations. **Team Leadership & Process Optimization:** + Manage and mentor a team of Analysts and Sr. Analysts, providing guidance on campaign execution, technical troubleshooting, and career development. + Develop and implement standardized processes for campaign setup, QA, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness. + Conduct training sessions on emerging ad tech solutions and best practices – work on building presentation skills. **Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:** + Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding ad technology strategies and execution. + Provide proactive recommendations to improve campaign performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. + Maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to support media innovations and troubleshooting needs. + Support broader TAAG initiatives to propel the department forward within the industry. **Qualifications** + 3–5+ years of experience in digital media operations, ad technology, or related fields (agency or publisher side). + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field preferred. + Strong expertise in ad serving platforms (GMP, Innovid, XR), DMPs, DSPs, verification tools (DV, IAS), and tag management systems. + Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant analytics tools. **Additional information** Starcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
