Position Summary & Highlights:
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy dedicated team Supervisor to lead our Food and Nutrition Retail Services team and daily operations. This frontline leadership role is responsible for the daily supervision of staff and operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. The Supervisor provides clear direction and actively manages and develops people, processes, and programs that support both direct and indirect care. This leader embodies our organizational culture, fostering a positive and inclusive environment while driving continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate will work closely with staff to manage the full spectrum of daily operations from tracking orders and supervising events to delivering top‑notch customer service at the point of sale. Ideal candidates will bring strong catering experience, exceptional merchandising skills, and precision in cash handling. You’re a self‑starter who’s detail‑oriented, thrives under pressure, and has the energy to support both routine tasks and fast‑moving event execution. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily retail food service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.Leading and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals and professional growth.Implementing and optimizing processes and structures that enhance service delivery.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.Monitoring key performance indicators and using data to inform decisions and measure progress.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.1-3 years of experience in leading and/or supervising staff in in a health care facility -OR- must have 2 years of experience in leading and/or supervising staff in a non-health care facility required.Experience in use of Point-of-Sale systems in a retail setting required.Experience in merchandising of products in a retail setting preferred.Previous experience in cash handling/reconciliation required.Highlights and Benefits:
