=Objective of the Position=
- Identify and maintain all audits in the region based on international and customer requirements
- Main point of contact for Customer Specific Requirements
- Ensure that all Quality Management (QM) rules are in accordance with ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001 / VDA / AIAG procedures.

=Main Tasks=
- Lead all internal/external audits.
- Develop internal audit plan with QM and lead team.
- Ensure adherence to process and work instructions by conducting Quality audits.
- Review the audit findings and facilitate in their closure.
- Provide auditing support to supplier quality up to and including ensuring supplier audits adhere to the current ISO/IATF/VDA standards.
- Work with regional colleagues in developing and standardizing audits (Customer/Supplier).
- Maintain Customer Specific Requirements with Project Quality Engineers.
- Regional KPI tracking.
- Steer and maintain Document Management System and ensure Audit traceability of documentation.
- Document Control Lead (work with regional colleagues to standardize globally where feasible).
- Develop or enhance LPA process (align between regions as much as possible).
- Follow BASF global Quality targets and implement changes into local QM-system.
- Coordinate audit and documentation activities with Shanghai site QM.
- Steer TISAX certification (if applicable).

=Main Requirements=
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of working experience in quality management.
- Working experience in OEM or tier 1 QMS background is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 9001 and other certificates, e.g. ISO14001.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both spoken and written.
