Overview The Supervisor, Project Management oversees the end-to-end workflow of multiple project/s within assigned capability for large-scale client or multiple clients. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Responsibilities Project Management Owns day-to-day management of assigned client engagements Leads full project lifecycle: planning, timeline management, resource allocation, and issue resolution Oversees multiple complex projects, including those spanning multiple agencies and partners Coordinates workload across cross-functional teams Process Management Applies and enforces agency processes and operational standard methodologies Leads project status reviews and look-back sessions Helps build and maintain centralized process documentation Identifies areas for improvement and implements solutions Owns system governance for client teams Adapts to different team structures and project types as needed Scope & Risk Management Tracks deliverables and output across assigned client scopes Manages scope, schedules, and project delivery from start to finish Flags risks and partners with client lead to develop mitigation strategies Team & Collaboration Develops clear project roadmaps and sets expectations for cross-functional contributors Communicates detailed, actionable direction and documentation Builds strong working relationships with internal teams and clients May manage one or more junior team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Marketing or related field a plus) 4+ years of project management experience in an agency environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, MS Teams or similar tools Experience in media and/or healthcare preferred Demonstrated success managing multiple projects on time and within budget Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience identifying and resolving project risks and blockers Familiarity with requirements gathering and documentation Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional contributors Interest and experience in process improvement and operational excellence Provides execution strategy thought leadership & is accepted as a trusted internal and client partner Skilled at engaging with individuals at all levels through clear, concise, and impactful communication Demonstrates the professional maturity and interpersonal acumen to build trusted partnerships with clients, fostering collaboration across internal teams and external vendors . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
