Job Summary:   
The primary focus of this position is to oversee the organization’s production operations. The Molding supervisor ensures that daily production schedules are met, productivity is tracked and quality systems are compliant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate in a LEAN manufacturing environment and strive to suggest process improvements

Education and Experience

High school graduate or equivalent3 year of Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude a plus  (do not use a range, list the minimum number of years required.)Leads – 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably acting as a subject matter expert in the role or demonstrated, consistent performance in the roleSupervisor – 4+ years of experience.  Associate degree or equivalent experience.
