Responsibilities: ➢Daily check shop - floor safety rule compliance and promptly correct unsafe points. ➢Shoulder the duty of promoting EHS continuously within the workshop, to meet EHS related KPI.➢Daily check quality issues, work together with CFT to define and take corrective actions.➢Attend CFT weekly meeting and review quality related status.➢Keep improving FPY, decreasing the scrap rate, and handling customer claims to meet quality KPIs.➢Ensure production system to meet IATF16949/ISO14001 and other quality requirements.➢Lead daily CFT fast response meetings and ensure improvement actions are implemented.➢Monitor WIP for optimal inventory levels.➢Collaborate with planners for weekly production plans and manage production to meet targets and to ensure delivery.➢To monitor compliance with operation standard.➢Process improvement activity through daily tracking OEE%.➢Enhance leadership skills for production leaders and foster good teamwork in the workshop.➢Oversee operator certification education and evaluation.➢Handle headcount planning and execution to manage overtime to achieve targets.➢Constantly push forward cost reduction and lean manufacturing in the production area. Qualifications & Requirements：➢ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with over 5 years’ related experience in Production Management.➢ Experience in implementation of operational concepts and tools.➢ Good presentation skills and experience.➢ Excellent written and oral English skill.➢ People management skills.
