What Customer Pricing Support and Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment. Pricing Operations has a significant and direct impact on the customer experience and company financial performance by using sound judgement in decision making when operationalizing customer, manufacturer, and group purchasing contracts.

Responsibilities

Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolutionWorks on complex projects of large scope, including leading offshore teams and working in conjunction with other CAH teamsIndependently manages team performance and personal/professional developmentMonitors and drives daily operationsActs as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholdersHas strong communication skills, is collaborative and adaptableSupports business transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 5+ years finance operations experience, preferredStrong leadership skillsPrior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staffAdministers, executes and may contribute to development policies and proceduresEnsures employees operate within guidelinesDecisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customersFrequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels

Anticipated salary range: $66,500-$94,900
