**Overview**
The Paid Social Media Supervisor is responsible for developing innovative social strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and spearhead social programs. Works with media team to translate the client goals and objectives into actionable items. This role is responsible for leading a group of paid social media associates while fostering integration/communication across all departments and partner agencies. **Responsibilities**
+ Guide and drive paid social media strategies for certain client account(s) and help to set overall objectives
+ Build, maintain and grow client relationships and client business initiatives
+ Oversee, author and/or constructively edit and review the writing of paid social media documents (timelines, POVs, RFPs, plans, agreements, client memos, and correspondence from within and outside the agency).
+ Prepare plan presentations and oversee preparation of paid social media plan presentation elements, such as wrap reports & strategy decks
+ Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of specified social media plans
+ Lead weekly social media meetings with clients and provide insight into weekly social performance metrics
+ Work closely with influencer and content teams on paid activation of custom content
+ Develop, plan and execute social measurement and proactively optimize campaigns based on learnings, specifically around social commerce activation
+ Build and maintain relationships with social media publishers and internal agency counterparts
+ Understand and adopt new social media trends, ad products and/or processes for clients and for UNIT3C
+ Maintain knowledge of current social media trends and provide training to UNIT3C employees
+ Develop a successful team of paid social associates through coaching and mentoring
+ Other responsibilities, as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of social media planning and buying experience, preferably at an advertising or media agency
+ Extensive experience working with native social media ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest are priorities) with extensive knowledge in full funnel capabilities, with a focus on lower funnel, and objectives (awareness, traffic and sales)
+ Experience with social commerce capabilities and ad formats across all social platforms. Experience with commerce tracking capabilities, such as Meta Advantage + campaigns & Commerce Catalog, a plus
+ Experience with campaign management/ad measurement (i.e. VideoAmp, Samba, Platform Brand Lift Studies)
+ Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables and macros)
+ Experience analyzing social data and market research
+ Strong leadership and managerial skills, guiding the junior staff
+ Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction
+ Strong time-management and organizational skills
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
+ Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $111,320 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
