Operations Supervisor
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
This position leads and supervises all associates in their respective operation area within the entire building for Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Company during their shift. This person will be required to be visible and vocal in all departments. Strong communication between this position and with other departments of their shifts and the Supervisors and Leads will be required.
How you will do it:
Floor time in your department with all associates is critical. This person will be responsible for delegating responsibilities out to the appropriate associates and will fill in when needed in any operation.

Experience overseeing the processing and performances of the day-to-day activities in all operational areas of Receiving/Backwall/Replenishment/Picking/Packing/Shipping. Also, the Supervisor will maintain a safe work environment in supporting the day-to-day operations of these areas as well as within the Fort Worth Distribution Center.

Hiring Range:
$56,800.00 USD - $71,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
