SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Supervises and directs production personnel in the manufacturing department. Monitors and adjusts resources as needed to ensure a smooth workflow through the shift.

Directs and monitors and mentors all production and warehouse staff in all areas including, but not limited to, daily job functions and goals, facilitates training and development of entire staff, has effective communication, performance management and disciplinary action as needed.

Understands Lean principles and helps implement lean practices. Must remain compliant with all required training, including but not limited to, Work Order documentation, SOPs, Inspections, and machine operations.

Lead or assist in projects or objectives established by the Company or direct management

Ability to give attention to detail with a quality conscious thought process. Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team and rotates to all manufacturing areas as needed
