Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance functions for company assets. Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Manage Service Center staffing.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (manages system issues).Actively monitor open work orders.Responsible for scheduling strategy and service center staffingResponds to calls with Maintenance requests.Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff.Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.Nature and Scope
Experience provides solutions.Ensures that work is performed consistently with company policies and procedures.Leads a group or team of support, craft, or lower level professional associates.Work Environment
Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).No travel required.Education and Experience
