**Supervisor, Logistics Nights** _Work Mode: Onsite_ **Location:** Onsite - Huntsville, AL **Opportunity** To directly supervise a rotating shift of hourly shipping/receiving workers engaged in the shipping/receiving of Vikrell molding compound and molded bathing components. Must meet posted shipping schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and cost standards are met. **Specific Responsibilities** + Assign labor force to appropriate tasks in line with efficient crewing needs and contractual requirements. + Ensures that all process and quality specifications are followed in shipping/receiving of scheduled components. + Responsible for monitoring shipping results and ensure that budget rates are exceeded. + Maintain detailed knowledge of process and equipment in order to achieve optimum efficiency. + Ensures that all shift employees are adequately trained in the necessary process procedures to accomplish assignments efficiently. + Hold or participate monthly safety meetings with shift employees to communicate the importance of safe work practices.Monitor and enforce all safety rules. + Administer labor contract, plant rules and handle appropriate discipline. + Continuously strive to improve process, process equipment and procedures. + Encourage shift employees to improve processes. + Understand and enforce all procedures related to safe handling of hazardous materials and instruct subordinates in same. + Trained in all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies, and procedures. **Skills/Requirements** + College degree in related field or equal experience in a supervisory role. + Experience and demonstrated success in leadership position requiring accomplishment of standards or goals through subordinates. + Strong communication skills. \#LI-SW! \#LI-Onsite **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
