What You’ll Do:
Supervise, train, and support your transportation planning team to maximize efficiency and accuracy
Assign daily responsibilities and provide regular performance feedback to drive team development
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all transportation resources and ensure timely execution of deliveries
Monitor dispatch routes and make real-time adjustments based on customer needs, capacity, and service levels
Manage order planning and coordination across multiple customers and geographic locations
Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to proactively resolve issues and improve service
Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols
What You Bring to the Team:5+ years of experience in a transportation or logistics environment
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in transportation and temperature-controlled logistics
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
